Urban Planning and Design

Established in 2018 by Dr. Irwin Braverman (AB ’51) in memory of his brother Jordan Braverman (AB ’58, GSD ’59), the fund provides financial aid for GSD students in the Master in Urban Planning program.

Established in 1978 through a bequest from Robert Charles Weinberg (AB ’23, GSD ’26, GSD ’31), the fund provides financial aid for students in the Master in Urban Planning program.

Established in 2003 through a bequest from Earl D. Fraser (MRP ’39) and Elizabeth A. Fraser, the fund provides financial aid for GSD students in the Master in Urban Planning and Design program.

Established in 2007 by Lynn C. Schneider (MArch ’77) in honor of Brenda A. Levin (MArch ’76), the fund provides financial aid for GSD students whose area of study is in architecture and real estate, with a preference for women.

Established in 2017 by Leon Drachman (MAUD ’93) and Kevin Sullivan (MArch ’94) in honor of Thomas Payette (MArch ’60), the founder of Payette Associates, the fund provides financial aid to GSD students in the Master of Architecture or Master of Architecture in Urban Design programs.

Established in 2018 by Steven Plofker (MCRP ’80), the fellowship provides financial aid to GSD students in the Master in Urban Planning program.

Established in 2015 by alumni and friends of the Loeb Fellowship program in honor of Jim Stockard (MCP ’68, LF ’78), former curator of the Loeb Fellowship, the fund provides financial aid for GSD students who demonstrate a professional interest in affordable housing and community development.

Established in 2021 by Marc J. Watkins (AMDP ’07), the fund provides financial aid for GSD students who have expressed interest in real estate or entrepreneurship.
