Alice Hintermann (MUP ’18)

Affordable Housing & Community Development Consultant, Crosswalk Collaborative

Alice Hintermann leads Crosswalk Collaborative, an affordable housing and community development consulting firm focused on creating safe, healthy, and stable housing. Prior to Crosswalk, she worked for New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where she oversaw the financing and development of over 5,000 affordable apartments. Alice’s work includes new construction and preservation/rehab, as well as rental and homeownership, with an overall focus on multi-family and mixed-use developments.

As a member of the Alumni Council, Alice looks forward to creating opportunities for alumni and students to connect and learn from one another, broadening the horizons of both current students and established practitioners.
