Revive Farms reimagines hospitality as vital rural infrastructure, channeling urban capital into Bomfa, Ghana, to combat youth brain drain and stimulate local enterprise. By integrating versatile, eco-conscious cabins [form farm] that serve both as guest accommodations and as functional hubs for farmers, the project creates a symbiotic ecosystem where every stay directly funds jobs and a youth agro-incubator. This model rejects the traditional luxury resort framework in favor of an accessible “missing middle” price point, making nature-based wellness a sustainable lifestyle choice for Ghana’s growing middle class. Ultimately, Revive Farms proves that community revitalization can be the primary product, using shared-use architecture to ensure that people, land, and local economies flourish together.
