Manuel Bouzas (MDes ’24) and Roi Salgueiro (MDes ’14) co-edited Internalities: Architectures for Territorial Equilibrium (MIVAU & Arquia Foundation, 2025). The book accompanies the Spanish Pavilion at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale, also known as the 19th International Architecture Exhibition, presenting original essays and research that explore how architecture can minimize environmental externalities and foster regenerative, low-carbon practices rooted in local territories.
Featuring contributions from leading international thinkers and designers, Internalities: Architectures for Territorial Equilibrium advances a provocative discourse on strengthening new territorial balances between ecologies and economies.
