The Master in Real Estate Practicum paper and presentation allow students to take a deep dive into their summer experience during and immediately after the Practicum to glean lessons for practicing real estate in a variety of institutional settings. The paper is normally 5,000 words and is submitted in late August. The Practicum presentation requires students to return to the Design School in late August for two full days of presentations and discussions in front of themselves and Practicum faculty.
