Justin is a Senior Development Executive for The Integral Group, where he is responsible for the full range of development activities within the company’s 2.5 million SF portfolio of mixed-use projects in the Atlanta, GA, region. He holds a BA in Fine Art from Ithaca College, a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech, and a Master’s in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Justin’s urban development impact includes activity across a mix of uses, including office, multifamily, university, retail, and sports asset types nationally. Justin is passionate about the role planning and development can play as a positive change agent for cities and institutions – believing that quality design should be accessible and central in shaping life experiences across socio-economic levels.
Justin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute as a Global Governing Trustee, Public Private Partnership Product Council member, and Hines Urban Design Competition juror. He is also a Lecturer in the Master in Real Estate program at the Graduate School of Design, and a member of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board. Justin is also a member emeritus of the AIA Board of Directors, AIA Finance Committee, and Harvard GSD Alumni Council. As a creative, Justin has been engaged in electronic music production for over 25 years and has toured the world extensively in sharing his music. Justin currently resides in Atlanta, GA, with his wife, Randi, and son, Brook.
