GSD Information Technologies aims to create a versatile, accessible computing environment for GSD community members, supporting design computing at all levels. We offer various services for students’ coursework and independent study, as well as for staff, faculty, and researchers.

Areas of Operation

HelpDesk

The Help Desk is an Information Technology Service provided to GSD students, faculty, staff, and researchers. We try to make it easy to use computing resources, find help, and report problems. The quality and productivity of the computing environment at the GSD is our concern, but to a very large degree, it is a shared responsibility that depends on the contributions of all users.

How to get Help

The GSD Information Technologies group has compiled a guide to the various resources and services offered to the GSD community.

Technology Guide

The guide provides a starting point for new users or as a reference for anyone looking for more information about topics ranging from software availability to questions about printers.
