Paul grew up in Edmonton, Canada, and studied at the University of Manitoba before pursuing his degree in architecture at the GSD. Paul had a stellar career as a gifted architect, spanning many years and projects in the various cities where he resided, including Boston, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Toronto. A man of great joy, style, and grace, Paul will be remembered for his spirit of enthusiasm and gratitude.

In his retirement and final years, he dedicated significant effort to supporting emerging talent, particularly first-generation, low-income students. A beloved mentor and community member, Paul was instrumental in transforming the Church of the Redeemer in Toronto. At his Celebration of Life on December 5th, 2025, the Church bells rang in his honor.
