The Harvard Graduate School of Design Human Resources Office partners with GSD leaders, managers, and staff to foster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive community. We aim to provide excellent HR services, resources, and guidance to enable everyone to thrive in their work and advance the School’s mission.

Supporting approximately 170 staff members, we serve as a resource for staff matters related to policies and procedures, benefits and compensation, staff and labor relations, training opportunities, and personal and professional development. Our team also oversees the maintenance of personnel records and payroll processes. Through these services, we aim to foster a positive, equitable, and growth-oriented work environment for all members of our community.

Harvard Title IX

The NDAB and Title IX Compliance Team in partnership with our system of local Title IX Resource Coordinators  serve as both a direct line of support for community members and a central hub of information regarding the University’s Policies and Procedures addressing sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct. 

Anonymously disclose concerns of sexual and/or gender-based harassment to the Harvard Title IX Office.
