Pau Solà-Morales is an architect and scholar specializing in architectural theory and the use and application of information technology in design. He holds a Doctorate and a Master in Design from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Pau has taught at the Harvard Graduate School of Design as a visiting professor and at the Accademia di Architettura in Mendrisio, Switzerland, and he is currently a professor at the School of Architecture in Reus at Universitat Rovira i Virgili, where he teaches architectural theory and visual media.

An active voice in design culture and criticism, Pau has been involved in numerous design societies and foundations and has extensive experience in design school leadership, serving as dean and head of studies at several institutions. He brings this combined experience in theory, criticism, and academic governance to his service on the GSD Alumni Council.
