Administrative Leadership Council

The Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) Administrative Leadership Council (ALC) is made up of senior administrative staff from most of the School’s offices and departments. The ALC functions as the staff counterpart to the GSD Executive Committee, which is made up mostly of senior academic leadership. The ALC is responsible for policies and decisions governing all aspects of GSD administration, coordination, and operations, including its financial, human, physical, and other resources.
