New technologies are transforming how individuals and communities interact with societies, institutions, and each other, reshaping how they understand themselves in relation to the broader world. As a practice, Design Engineering explores these evolving relationships by drawing on the complementary methodologies of design and engineering to address the social, political, and ethical implications of socio-technical innovation. 

By transcending traditional disciplinary boundaries and reimagining how technology integrates into existing systems, Design Engineering operates across multiple scales, from products and interfaces to cities and ecosystems, to shape human experience and expand our understanding of ourselves and the world we inhabit. 

Celebrating ten years of the Master in Design Engineering, this exhibition reflects on a decade of interdisciplinary exploration while looking toward the future of design and engineering, by showcasing student projects that harness collaborative inquiry, emerging technologies, and critical design to tackle complex societal challenges, inspiring new ways of imagining and shaping the systems, environments, and experiences of tomorrow.
