MRE Degree Requirements
A candidate will be recommended for the Master in Real Estate degree upon satisfactory completion of 60 units over three terms of study. The fall term consists of four required courses and at least one elective course, totaling 20 units. The spring term consists of five required courses and at least one elective course, totaling 24 units. The summer term consists of two modules in May, the two-month off-campus summer Practicum, and a return to Harvard toward the end of August, totaling 16 units. Note that degree requirements are subject to change based on ongoing assessments by the faculty.
